Mrs. Abhyankar has a Master of Sciences in Organic Chemistry and an MBA in Human Resource Management, from Nagpur University. She started her journey with BDA Pharma Pvt Ltd (M.S.) India in 2009, making her the longest running department head in the company. With her expert knowledge of manpower planning, recruitments, training/ development, employee engagement, and HR budgeting; she started as an HR Manager at BDA. Soon she climbed the ladders, to become the head of International Marketing and Businesses. With that, she gained first-hand experience in Pharma Manufacturing and Trading Fields. As an employee, she understands her work and the value that it brings to the organization and to the greater good.
